Key functions at HDB Careers in Azamgarh:
- Co-ordination with central Azamgarh branch operation team in
- Preparation of Daily / Monthly MIS reports
- Customer KYC and secondary documents verification.
- Must be ensuring on-time payments of the customers.
- Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant entries.
- Processing and Disbursement of pending files.
- Checking and verification of KYC documents/ details.
- Handling all administration in Azamgarh branch activities.
- Need to do regular follow-ups with existing customers who have submitted queries.
- Cross selling of BFSI products from current customers.
- Pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms
- Need follow-ups with pending enrollment/kyc forms
Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm, Customer Relationship.
Skill to be have to join HDB Finance:
- Candidate must be Graduate in any field (12th pass and 3+ year degree)
- 1-3 yrs of relevant experience in Operation of BFSI Industry.
- Good communication/presentation skills, High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm and pleasing personality
- Should have experience of handling multiple product sales nearby Azamgarh city customers
- Processing and Disbursement of file and make sure complete within given time limit.
- Must be time oriented
- Language preference: English or Hindi
