We are recently seeking out up-front collection / operation executive to manage our customer portfolio in Akola Maharashtra, ideal candidate should have basic knowledge about payment collection into BFSI industry.

Position : Collection – Operation Executive

Work Location : Akola Maharashtra

Department : Collection / Back office

Qualification : Prior Experience in Operation / Collection and Graduation

 

At the Mahindra home finance, as Collection or Operation Executive you will be responsible to perform a tasks as below listed at Akola Maharashtra branch.

 

Job overview: 

Collection Department

A collections’ team is comprised of high-performing individuals who have an ability to follow-up systematically and maintain good relations with the Akola customer while ensuring high levels of customer repayment. The functions that an employee in collections may be asked to work with may include:

  • Maintaining good relationships with the customer of Akola MH
  • Ensuring 100% collection efficiency of the portfolio
  • Regular follow-up and timely reminders to Akola customers
  • Working with different modes of repayment (Including digital modes) and offering these services to the customer
  • Supporting the business team by ensuring high levels of collection efficiency

 

Operation/Back-office Role

An Operations’ role which entails high levels of customer understanding and where the employee is expected to perform the following functions:

  • Generate new business from Akola Maharashtra,
  • Liaison with different teams which include Credit, Legal, Technical, Collections
  • Manage healthy relations with existing customers of Akola,

 

Qualification : 

  • Candidate should have completed graduation in any field,
  • Should have prior experience in Operation / Collection Department
  • Must have good communication and fluent in local language – Hindi, Marathi
  • Ready to travel in Akola – as some time need to visit customers location in Akola (10%),
  • Have positive attitude.
